Boo'd Up
Boo'd Up is a slang term, primarily used in African American Vernacular English (AAVE), that describes being deeply in love or romantically involved with someone. It signifies a strong, committed relationship and implies a high degree of affection and intimacy between partners. "Boo" is a term of endearment, and "Boo'd Up" suggests a state of being completely engrossed and content within that relationship. The term gained mainstream popularity with Ella Mai's 2018 hit song of the same name.
