Birpani

Birpani is a village development committee (VDC) located in the Dolakha District of Province No. 3 in Nepal. VDCs were the lowest administrative units in Nepal before the implementation of the 2015 constitution and the subsequent restructuring of local governance.

Birpani VDC was responsible for local-level development activities, including infrastructure development (roads, schools, drinking water), agriculture extension, sanitation, and other community services. The VDC was governed by an elected chairperson and ward members.

Following the restructuring, the area formerly covered by Birpani VDC has likely been incorporated into a municipality or rural municipality (Gaunpalika) within Dolakha District.
