Biology (band)

Biology was a Russian pop girl group formed in 2006. The group was created by producer Sergey Balayan, who also served as the group's songwriter. Biology originally consisted of Olga Romanovskaya (also known as Kori), Elena Temnikova, and Maria Goncharuk.

The group achieved initial success with their debut single, "Metko" (Метко), which became a hit in Russia. Their music was generally characterized as upbeat pop with dance elements. Biology released several singles and music videos throughout their career.

The lineup of Biology underwent several changes over time. Elena Temnikova left the group to pursue a solo career and later joined the group Serebro. Olga Romanovskaya also left, and new members were added to the group.

Despite the lineup changes, Biology continued to release music and perform. However, they eventually disbanded. Information on their exact disbandment date and the specific reasons for their breakup are limited.
