Helen Shaw (born July 23, 1897, in Kansas City, Missouri; died January 8, 1990, in Daytona Beach, Florida) was an American actress, primarily known for her work in theatre, radio, and early television.

Shaw began her acting career in the 1920s, gaining experience in stock companies and on Broadway. She appeared in several Broadway productions, including "Processional" (1925), "The Second Man" (1927), "Diplomacy" (1928), and "The Front Page" (1928).

She transitioned to radio in the 1930s, becoming a popular voice in radio dramas and serials. Her radio credits include roles in "The Shadow," "Stella Dallas," and "Lorenzo Jones." Shaw also worked extensively in early television, appearing in anthology series such as "Kraft Television Theatre," "Studio One," and "Goodyear Television Playhouse" throughout the 1950s.

While often cast in supporting roles, Shaw was a versatile performer known for her strong character work and ability to convey a wide range of emotions. Her career spanned several decades and mediums, reflecting her adaptability and dedication to the craft of acting. She was married to actor Victor Sutherland until his death in 1968.
