Bin Roye

Bin Roye (Urdu: بن روئے, meaning "Without Crying") is a 2015 Pakistani romantic drama film directed by Momina Duraid and Shahzad Kashmiri. It is based on the novel Bin Roye Ansoo by Farhat Ishtiaq. The film stars Humayun Saeed, Mahira Khan, Armeena Khan, Zeba Bakhtiar, and Javed Sheikh.

The story revolves around Saba (Mahira Khan), a girl deeply in love with her cousin Irtaza (Humayun Saeed). Irtaza, however, sees her only as a childhood friend. When Irtaza goes abroad for higher studies, he meets and marries Saman (Armeena Khan), who later turns out to be Saba's long-lost sister. The film explores themes of love, jealousy, family relationships, and fate. It depicts Saba's journey of dealing with heartbreak, acceptance, and eventual forgiveness.

Bin Roye was released theatrically in Pakistan and internationally on July 18, 2015. It was also adapted into a television drama series of the same name, which aired on Hum TV. The film received mixed to positive reviews from critics, with praise directed towards the performances of the cast, particularly Mahira Khan. The film's music also received significant acclaim.
