Bill Kennedy (politician)

Bill Kennedy is an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the Rhode Island Senate, representing District 38 (North Kingstown) from 2009 to 2021. During his tenure, Kennedy served on various Senate committees, including Finance, Environment and Agriculture, and Health and Human Services. He was also involved in environmental legislation and initiatives within the state. His professional background prior to and during his political career included work in the construction and energy sectors. He did not seek re-election in 2020.
