Bigg Boss (Telugu TV series) season 4 was the fourth season of the Telugu-language version of the reality TV show Bigg Boss, based on the Dutch show of the same name. It premiered on Star Maa on September 6, 2020. Akkineni Nagarjuna hosted the season for the second consecutive time.

The show followed a group of contestants, known as "housemates," who lived together in a specially constructed house, isolated from the outside world. They were continuously monitored by live television cameras and personal audio microphones. Each week, the housemates nominated each other for eviction, and the public voted to save their favorite contestants. The housemate with the fewest votes was evicted from the house.

The season ran for 106 days, making it the longest season of Bigg Boss Telugu to date. The grand finale took place on December 20, 2020.

The winner of Bigg Boss (Telugu TV series) season 4 was Abhijeet Duddala. Ariyana Glory was the fourth runner-up, Sohel Ryan was the second runner-up who walked away with 25 Lakhs INR , Akhil Sarthak was the runner-up, and Dethadi Harika was the third runner-up.
