Ben Wells (cricketer)

Ben Wells (born January 26, 1981) is a former Zimbabwean cricketer. A right-handed batsman, he played primarily in first-class and List A cricket.

Wells began his first-class career in the 2000/01 season, playing for Matabeleland. He went on to represent several Zimbabwean domestic teams including Mashonaland, Manicaland, and the Mountaineers. He also played for Zimbabwe A.

While he showed promise at the domestic level, Wells did not achieve consistent selection for the senior Zimbabwe national team. He played in a handful of One Day International (ODI) matches, but did not establish himself as a regular member of the squad.

His career was marked by occasional strong performances at the domestic level but ultimately he did not achieve significant international success.
