Joe Ma (actor)

Joe Ma Tak-chung (馬德鐘; born June 27, 1968) is a Hong Kong actor, best known for his roles in television dramas produced by TVB. Prior to his acting career, Ma worked as a police officer and a model.

Ma joined TVB in 1993 and quickly rose to prominence with his tall stature and charismatic screen presence. He has played a wide range of characters, from heroic leads to complex antagonists. Some of his notable roles include characters in dramas such as Healing Hands, Triumph in the Skies, The Drive of Life, and Life on the Line.

Throughout his career, Ma has received numerous nominations and awards for his acting performances. He is known for his dedication to his craft and his ability to portray diverse roles convincingly. After a period focusing on the Mainland Chinese market, Ma has returned to working with TVB.
