Ben Jackson (golfer)
Ben Jackson (born August 30, 1960) is an American professional golfer.
Jackson was born in Gainesville, Florida. He turned professional in 1982 and joined the PGA Tour in 1984. He had a successful career on the PGA Tour, winning four tournaments. His first win came at the 1993 Chattanooga Classic. He also won the 1994 KMart Greater Greensboro Open, the 1994 Buick Southern Open, and the 1994 Walt Disney World/Oldsmobile Classic.
Jackson's best finish in a major championship was a tie for 20th at the 1990 U.S. Open. He also had a tie for 22nd at the 1994 Open Championship.
Since turning 50, Jackson has competed on the Champions Tour. He resides in Collierville, Tennessee.
