Babuna (river)
The Babuna River is a river located in North Macedonia. It rises on the northern slopes of the Mokra Mountain and flows in a northerly direction through the Babuna region before joining the Vardar River near Veles. The river is approximately 30 kilometers long. The Babuna River is known for its relatively clean waters and its importance for local agriculture and livestock. The area surrounding the river is sparsely populated, primarily consisting of rural settlements.
