Arvind Gupta (administrator)

Arvind Gupta is an Indian academic and administrator. He served as the Deputy National Security Advisor of India, a position he held from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, he was the Director General of the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA), a prominent think tank focusing on defense and security issues. Gupta is known for his expertise in national security, strategic affairs, and technology-related policy. He has also been a commentator on matters of cybersecurity and India's foreign policy.
