Alumni Gymnasium (WPI)

The Alumni Gymnasium, often referred to simply as "The Gym," is a multi-purpose athletic and recreational facility located on the campus of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester, Massachusetts. It serves as the primary indoor athletic venue for WPI's intercollegiate athletic teams, particularly basketball, volleyball, and wrestling.

The gymnasium features a main court used for basketball and volleyball games, as well as several smaller areas dedicated to weight training, fitness activities, and other recreational sports. It also houses locker rooms, athletic training facilities, and offices for coaches and athletic staff.

Alumni Gymnasium hosts numerous events throughout the year, including intercollegiate athletic competitions, intramural sports, recreational activities for students and faculty, and special events such as concerts and lectures. The building plays a significant role in fostering a sense of community and promoting physical well-being on the WPI campus.
