Aimé Adam

Aimé Adam (1880 – 1961) was a French politician. He served as a deputy in the French National Assembly for the Meuse department from 1919 to 1924, and later as a senator for the same department from 1924 to 1940. A member of the Democratic Republican Union, his political career was focused on representing the interests of his region, particularly in the post-World War I reconstruction efforts. He was involved in various committees focused on veterans' affairs and regional development. Adam voted in favor of granting extraordinary powers to Marshal Philippe Pétain in 1940.
