Ahilawati

Ahilawati, in Hindu mythology, is a prominent character, primarily known as the wife of Bhima, one of the five Pandava brothers. She is often depicted as a Naga princess, the daughter of King Naga Kaamakataka.

Ahilawati is best known for her role in the epic Mahabharata, particularly for her wisdom and strength. Stories often highlight her intelligence and courage. She is revered for her role as a mother, primarily as the mother of Ghatotkacha, a powerful warrior who played a crucial part in the Kurukshetra War. Ghatotkacha possessed immense strength and magical abilities inherited from his Naga ancestry, making him a valuable asset to the Pandava army.
