Central District (Azadshahr County)

The Central District of Azadshahr County is a district (bakhsh) within Azadshahr County, Golestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 59,746, in 14,175 families. The Central District has one city: Azadshahr. It also contains two rural districts (dehestans): Khormarud-e Shomali Rural District and Neginshahr Rural District.
