Abominator (band)
Abominator is an Australian extreme metal band formed in Melbourne in 1996. The band's sound is typically described as a blend of death metal and black metal, often referred to as war metal due to its aggressive and chaotic nature. Their lyrical themes generally revolve around war, blasphemy, and anti-Christian ideologies.
Abominator was founded by guitarist and vocalist Andrew Gillon, who remains the only consistent member throughout the band's history.
