7th Air Division (Japan)

The 7th Air Division (7th AD) was a numbered air force of the United States Air Force, stationed in Japan. It was a component of Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) and acted as the primary Air Force command and control organization in Japan.

The 7th Air Division was responsible for the operational readiness of assigned air units in Japan and coordinated air operations with the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF).
