2016 Federation Cup (Bangladesh)

The 2016 Federation Cup was the 28th edition of the Federation Cup, the main domestic annual club football competition in Bangladesh. The tournament was organized by the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF).

The competition featured teams from the Bangladesh Premier League. The eventual champion of the tournament qualified to compete in the AFC Cup, Asia's second-tier club competition.

Arambagh Krira Sangha won the tournament, defeating defending champion Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club in the final. It was Arambagh's first Federation Cup title.

The tournament followed a group stage format, with teams divided into groups. The top teams from each group advanced to the knockout stage, which consisted of quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the final.
