2016–17 Macedonian First League (basketball) season

The 2016–17 Macedonian First League season was the 25th season of the top-tier professional basketball league in North Macedonia (formerly known as Macedonia). The season began in October 2016 and concluded in May 2017.

The league featured teams from across the country competing in a round-robin format, followed by a playoff system to determine the champion. Key teams participating typically included MZT Skopje, Rabotnički Skopje, and others.

MZT Skopje Aerodrom emerged as the champions, securing their fifth consecutive league title. This victory continued their dominance in Macedonian basketball.
