1926 French Championships (tennis)

The 1926 French Championships was a tennis tournament held at the Stade Français in Saint-Cloud, France. It was the 31st edition of the French Championships, and the second of the four Grand Slam tournaments held that year. The tournament ran from late May to early June.

This was the second year that the tournament was open to international players, following the decision in 1925 to allow non-French competitors to participate. Prior to 1925, it was known as the French National Championships and was open only to French club members.

Suzanne Lenglen won the Women's Singles title, defeating Mary Browne in the final. Henri Cochet won the Men's Singles title, defeating René Lacoste in the final. In Men's Doubles, Vincent Richards and Howard Kinsey were victorious, and Suzanne Lenglen partnered with Julie Vlasto to win the Women's Doubles title. In Mixed Doubles, Suzanne Lenglen partnered with Jacques Brugnon to claim the championship.

The tournament was played on outdoor clay courts. The exact dates of the tournament are not consistently recorded across all sources, but generally accepted to be late May and early June of 1926.
