Yuji Ide

Yuji Ide (井出 洋史, Ide Yōji, born 1975) is a Japanese professional Go player.

Ide is known for his aggressive fighting style and early successes in the Go world. He became a professional in 1991. He has reached numerous finals in major Go tournaments, although he has not won as many titles as some of his contemporaries. He has a reputation for strong endgame reading and tactical skill. Ide is affiliated with the Nihon Ki-in.
