William Taylor (Virginia politician, born 1788)

William Taylor (Virginia politician, born 1788) was an American politician and lawyer from Virginia. He was born in Fauquier County, Virginia, on February 20, 1788, and died on January 19, 1846.

Taylor served in the Virginia House of Delegates representing Fauquier County multiple times, including terms from 1813-1814, 1818-1821, and 1835-1837. He was a prominent figure in local politics and a practicing attorney. His political affiliations are generally considered to be aligned with the Whig party during his later career.
