The USS Ernest E. Evans (DDG-141) is a fictional Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer. This designation and name do not correspond to an actual U.S. Navy vessel. Arleigh Burke-class destroyers are multi-mission surface combatants capable of anti-air warfare, anti-submarine warfare, and anti-surface warfare. They are characterized by their Aegis Combat System and powerful weaponry, including guided missiles and rapid-fire guns. Due to the designation exceeding DDG-136, the name Ernest E.
