UFC 234: Adesanya vs. Silva was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held on February 10, 2019, at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia.

The event was originally headlined by a UFC Middleweight Championship bout between then-champion Robert Whittaker and challenger Kelvin Gastelum. However, Whittaker was forced to withdraw from the fight on the day of the event due to a collapsed bowel and a twisted and collapsed internal hernia.

The co-main event, a middleweight bout between Israel Adesanya and Anderson Silva, was subsequently elevated to the main event.

The card also featured fights in the bantamweight, lightweight, women's flyweight, and other weight classes. Notable fighters who competed on the card included Lando Vannata, Ricky Simon, Montana De La Rosa, and Jim Crute.

The event proceeded with 12 fights after Whittaker's withdrawal. Adesanya defeated Silva by unanimous decision in the main event.
