Triumph in the Skies (film)

Triumph in the Skies is the title of two Hong Kong films, both inspired by the popular TVB drama series of the same name.

The first film, released in 2015 (often referred to as Triumph in the Skies 2015 or Triumph in the Skies Movie), is a romantic drama directed by Wilson Yip and Matt Chow. It stars Louis Koo, Sammi Cheng, Francis Ng, Charmaine Sheh, and Julian Cheung. The plot revolves around the romantic entanglements of pilots and flight attendants, loosely connected to the original television series. While retaining the aviation theme, the film focuses more on romantic relationships than the professional aspects of being an airline crew.

A sequel film, Triumph in the Skies 2024 (also known as Triumph in the Skies Return), was released in 2024.
