Åge Nigardsøy

Åge Nigardsøy (born 1952) is a Norwegian former football player and coach. He is best known for his long career as a defender for Bryne FK, where he played for many years in the Norwegian top division, Eliteserien.

Nigardsøy also had a brief spell as head coach of Bryne FK following his playing career. His coaching tenure was relatively short and did not achieve significant results. Beyond his direct involvement with Bryne FK, he has maintained a presence in local football circles in the Jæren region of Norway.

While not reaching international stardom, Nigardsøy is remembered as a solid and reliable player during his time and is a recognizable figure within the history of Bryne FK.
