Tony Ince

Tony Ince is a Canadian politician who served as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the constituency of Cole Harbour – Portland Valley in Nova Scotia from 2013 to 2021. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Liberal Party.

Ince held several cabinet positions during his time in government, including Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, and Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs. His work focused on promoting diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness within the province. He was particularly involved in initiatives related to the recognition and advancement of African Nova Scotian communities.

Before entering provincial politics, Ince worked as a community development officer and was involved in various community initiatives within the Halifax Regional Municipality.
