Thomas Lewis (Kentucky politician)

Thomas Lewis (1802-1869) was a prominent Kentucky politician during the mid-19th century. He served multiple terms in the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing Green County. A member of the Democratic party, Lewis was known for his strong advocacy for agricultural interests and his support of states' rights. He was also a delegate to the Kentucky Constitutional Convention of 1849.
