Bays Area (constituency)

Bays Area was a constituency returning one member to the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, introduced in 1995. It was abolished in 1997 with the dissolution of the Legislative Council upon the transfer of sovereignty to China. The constituency was geographically based, covering parts of the New Territories, specifically the areas surrounding several bays. It focused on representing the interests of residents within that defined geographic area.
