Tallulah (The Go-Betweens album)

Tallulah is the sixth studio album by Australian indie pop band The Go-Betweens. It was released in May 1987 in Australia by True Records, and in the United Kingdom by Beggars Banquet. The album is named after Tallulah Bankhead, an American actress.

Tallulah is considered a critical highlight in The Go-Betweens' discography, showcasing the band's increasingly sophisticated songwriting and arrangements. The album features contributions from both Grant McLennan and Robert Forster, with each writing and singing their own songs. Lindy Morrison plays drums, and Amanda Brown contributes oboe, violin, guitar and backing vocals.
