Stay-C

Stay-C (often stylized as STAYC) is a South Korean girl group formed by High Up Entertainment. The group consists of six members: Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, and J. They debuted on November 12, 2020, with their debut single album Star To A Young Culture.

The group's name, Stay-C, is an acronym for "Star To A Young Culture," signifying their ambition to become stars who represent and influence youth culture. The members were selected and trained under the direction of producer Black Eyed Pilseung, a renowned songwriting and production duo in South Korea, known for their work with artists like TWICE, SISTAR, and Apink.

Stay-C is known for their "Teen Fresh" concept, which combines youthful energy and vibrant visuals with catchy and trendsetting music. Their music often features bright melodies, upbeat rhythms, and positive lyrics. Some of their notable songs include "So Bad," "ASAP," "Stereotype," and "Beautiful Monster."

Since their debut, Stay-C has achieved commercial success and critical acclaim, earning numerous awards and nominations. They have quickly gained a large fanbase both in South Korea and internationally, establishing themselves as one of the leading fourth-generation K-pop girl groups. Their discography includes single albums, extended plays (EPs), and singles, and they actively engage with fans through social media and various online platforms.
