Statenice
Statenice is a municipality and village in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic, located approximately 15 kilometers northwest of Prague. It falls within the Prague-West District.
The village is known for its historical Chateau Statenice, originally a Gothic fortress, which underwent Renaissance and Baroque reconstructions. The Chateau and its surrounding park are significant cultural landmarks within the region. The municipality's area is around 6.4 square kilometers.
