Starfield (band)

Starfield was a Canadian Christian worship band from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Formed in 2000, the band gained popularity within the contemporary Christian music scene, known for their melodic rock and worship-oriented songs. Their music often featured themes of faith, hope, and relationship with God.

The band's core members included Tim Neufeld (lead vocals, guitar) and Jon Neufeld (guitar, vocals). Throughout their career, Starfield released numerous albums, including "Starfield" (2001), "Beauty in the Broken" (2003), "Son of God" (2004), "I Will Go" (2006), "Look Up" (2007), and "The Saving One" (2010). They received multiple Covenant Awards from the Gospel Music Association of Canada and were nominated for Juno Awards.

Starfield announced their disbandment in 2012, with Tim Neufeld pursuing a solo career. Despite their relatively short lifespan, Starfield left a lasting impact on the Canadian Christian music landscape, influencing other worship bands and artists.
