Son of Man (album)

Son of Man is an album by American soul singer Joe. Released on November 18, 2003, it is Joe's fifth studio album. The album features production from Joe himself, as well as contributions from prominent R&B producers like Teddy Riley, Rodney Jerkins, and Michele Williams.

Son of Man continues Joe's exploration of themes relating to love, relationships, and personal reflection, characteristic of his previous work. While the album maintains his signature R&B sound, it also incorporates elements of gospel and neo-soul.

The album spawned the singles "More & More," "I Wanna Know," and "Ride Wit U," the latter featuring rapper G-Unit. Son of Man reached number 20 on the Billboard 200 chart and number 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Despite not achieving the commercial success of some of his earlier albums, Son of Man received generally positive reviews, with critics praising Joe's vocal performance and the album's overall production quality.
