Sevens (album)

Sevens is the seventh studio album by American country music artist Garth Brooks. It was released on November 25, 1997, and is named for Brooks' jersey number during his time playing baseball.

The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, selling over one million copies in its first week. It remained at number one on the country chart for 16 weeks and produced several hit singles, including "Longneck Bottle," "Two Piña Coladas," "She's Gonna Make It," and "In Another's Eyes" (a duet with Trisha Yearwood).

Sevens received generally positive reviews from critics and was certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), signifying over 10 million copies shipped in the United States. The album showcased Brooks' signature blend of country and rock influences and explored themes of love, loss, and everyday life. It is considered one of Brooks' most successful and enduring albums.
