Scenes from a Marriage (American miniseries)

Scenes from a Marriage is an American drama television miniseries created, written, and directed by Hagai Levi. It is an adaptation of Ingmar Bergman's 1973 Swedish television miniseries of the same name. The HBO miniseries stars Oscar Isaac and Jessica Chastain as Jonathan and Mira, a contemporary American couple whose marriage disintegrates over several years.

The series explores themes of love, hatred, desire, monogamy, marriage, divorce, and gender. It received significant critical attention for its raw portrayal of marital breakdown and the performances of its lead actors. The miniseries premiered on HBO on September 12, 2021, and consisted of five episodes.
