Roy Black (singer)

Roy Black (born Gerhard Höllerich, 25 January 1943 – 9 October 1991) was a popular German schlager singer and actor, most successful during the 1960s and 1970s. He was known for his velvety baritone voice, romantic ballads, and handsome appearance.

Black initially gained fame in the mid-1960s with hits such as "Ganz in Weiß" ("All in White"), which became a signature song. His music often featured themes of love, longing, and heartbreak.
