Ron Kass
Ron Kass (1935-1986) was an American film and music executive. He is best known for his tenure as president of A&M Records from 1966 to 1970, a period of significant growth and success for the label. He later transitioned to film production, producing films such as "Melody" (1971) and "The Killing of Sister George" (1968), on which he served as executive producer. Kass was married to Joan Collins from 1972 to 1983, and they had one daughter together. His career was marked by both professional achievements and personal struggles, including addiction issues, which ultimately contributed to his early death at the age of 51.
