Robert Ferguson (Carlisle MP)

Robert Ferguson (1767-1840) was a Scottish Whig politician and landowner who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Carlisle from 1820 to 1830, and later for Haddingtonshire. He was the son of William Ferguson of Raith.

His political career primarily focused on advocating for reform, aligning with the Whig platform of the time.
