Richard Halliwell (cricketer)

Richard Halliwell (born 13 October 1954) is a former English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Oxford University and minor counties cricket for Buckinghamshire.

Halliwell was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He appeared in 11 first-class matches for Oxford University between 1977 and 1978. He scored 319 runs with a highest score of 52 and took 20 wickets with a best of 3 for 40.

For Buckinghamshire, he played in 54 Minor Counties Championship matches between 1976 and 1988, and in 14 Minor Counties Trophy matches between 1983 and 1988.
