Rhys Webb
Rhys Webb (born 9 December 1988) is a Welsh professional rugby union player who plays as a scrum-half for Ospreys and the Wales national team.
Webb began his professional career with the Ospreys in 2008. He established himself as a key player for the region, known for his quick passing, strong running, and tactical awareness.
Webb made his debut for Wales in 2013 against Italy. He quickly became a regular in the national team, participating in the Six Nations Championship and Rugby World Cup tournaments. He is widely regarded as one of Wales's finest scrum-halves.
In 2018, Webb signed a contract to play for Toulon in the French Top 14. This move initially made him ineligible to play for Wales due to the Welsh Rugby Union's selection policy regarding players based outside of Wales with fewer than 60 caps. However, he later secured a return to the Ospreys and subsequently regained his eligibility for the national team.
Webb is known for his competitive spirit and his ability to create opportunities for his team. He has been recognised with numerous awards and accolades throughout his career.
