Ray Roberts (American football)
Ray Roberts (born October 8, 1969) is a former professional American football player who was an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for ten seasons.
Career:
Roberts played college football at the University of Virginia. He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the first round (20th overall) of the 1992 NFL Draft. He played for the Seahawks from 1992 to 1995.
After his time with the Seahawks, Roberts played for the Detroit Lions from 1996 to 2000. He was known for his size and strength, and he provided valuable pass protection for his quarterbacks.
