Koudum

Koudum is a village in the municipality of Súdwest Fryslân in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. As of January 1, 2023, Koudum has a population of approximately 2,700 inhabitants.

Koudum is located in the southwestern part of Friesland, near the IJsselmeer coast. It is situated on the Johan Frisokanaal, a canal that connects the Frisian lakes with the IJsselmeer. The village is known for its water sports facilities and its proximity to nature reserves.
