Raúl Fernández (motorcyclist)

Raúl Fernández (born October 23, 2000, Madrid, Spain) is a Spanish professional Grand Prix motorcycle racer.

Fernández began his Grand Prix career in the Moto3 class in 2016, making sporadic appearances before competing full-time in 2019. He achieved his first podium finish in the 2020 season, progressing to multiple race wins and establishing himself as a serious contender.

In 2021, Fernández moved up to the Moto2 class. In his debut season, he quickly adapted and became a championship challenger. He secured multiple wins and podiums, ultimately finishing as runner-up in the championship, narrowly missing the title.

Fernández stepped up to the MotoGP class in 2022, racing for the Tech3 KTM Factory Racing team. After facing challenges in his rookie year, he moved to RNF Aprilia Racing for the 2023 season. He is currently competing in MotoGP. His career is marked by a rapid ascent through the Grand Prix classes and a reputation for aggressive riding and determination.
