R358 road (Ireland)

The R358 is a regional road in Ireland. It connects the R446 (the former N6 national primary road) near Moate, County Westmeath to the R357 road near Shannonbridge, County Offaly. The road is approximately 32 km (20 mi) long. Its route primarily traverses relatively flat, agricultural land and bogland. The R358 provides a more direct route between Moate and Shannonbridge, avoiding larger settlements like Athlone. It is a single carriageway road for its entire length.
