Phil Berg (talent agent)

Phil Berg (born August 29, 1949) is an American talent agent and businessman. He is best known for co-founding the talent agency The Gersh Agency with Bob Gersh in 1991. Prior to The Gersh Agency, Berg worked at International Creative Management (ICM) and later co-headed the motion picture talent department at William Morris Agency (WMA). He is considered a significant figure in the entertainment industry, having represented numerous prominent actors, directors, and writers. Berg has also served on the board of directors for various entertainment-related organizations. He stepped down from his leadership position at The Gersh Agency in 2023.
