Peter Allan (Australian cricketer)

Peter Allan (born 16 December 1946) is a former Australian cricketer who played first-class cricket for Queensland. He was a right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler.

Allan played for Queensland between the 1968/69 and 1975/76 seasons. He scored 1,955 first-class runs at an average of 28.75, with a highest score of 115 not out. He took 3 wickets at an average of 52.00.

His career highlight was undoubtedly his century against New South Wales in the 1973/74 season.

After his playing career, Allan remained involved in cricket administration.
