Perry Mason (TV film series)

The Perry Mason TV film series is a collection of 30 made-for-television movies aired on NBC from 1985 to 1995. They revived the popular fictional criminal defense lawyer Perry Mason, a character created by Erle Stanley Gardner, after the original Perry Mason television series starring Raymond Burr ended in 1966.

Raymond Burr reprised his role as Perry Mason in the new series, continuing the character's established traits of intelligence, tenacity, and unwavering commitment to defending the wrongly accused. Following Burr's death in 1993, the final four films featured Paul Sorvino and Hal Holbrook as lawyers who took over cases previously intended for Mason.
