Orgburo of the 10th Congress of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks)

The Orgburo (Organizational Bureau) of the 10th Congress of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) was a key body elected at the 10th Party Congress in March 1921. The Orgburo was one of three principal executive organs of the Central Committee, alongside the Politburo (Political Bureau) and the Secretariat. Its primary function was to direct the organizational work of the party, handling personnel assignments, local party structure, and the implementation of party directives at the grassroots level.
